Unable to scan before upgrade for compatible software

I have an older PC running Windows 7 Pro x64. I'd like to upgrade it to Windows 10 but due to its age it doesn't meet the CMPEXCH128 requirement for the x64 version of Win10. I can install the x86 version but I need to know ahead of time if all of the software, apps, drivers, etc. I have installed are compatible. I know because I'd be replacing a x64 OS with a x86 OS I'll have to do a clean install instead of an upgrade. I can deal with that.

The PC is domain joined and using WSUS and although KB3035583 and KB2952664 are installed there is no Windows 10 icon in the system tray which I'm sure is because it's domain joined and using WSUS.

So how do I run a compatibility test for Windows 10? I really need to know just what that's installed would not work with Windows 10.
